Strong teams don’t just happen by hiring qualified employees – they need to be built through activities designed to bring employees together. 

Last week, Balance organized series of team building activities in 4 different locations (Milan, Florence, Rome, Cagliari) with the same activity structure. 
Each Balance office went to an Escape Room challenge followed by a company dinner. 

It was a successful team building event where all Balance employees came together, worked together towards a common goal.

As we know, the best way to get to know different aspects of your teammates is to see them in different environments. The team building event was a huge success for Balance because not only did we start communicating better but also, it increased our motivation, encouraged us to collaborate and helped to build trust. 

Thank you Balance for the fun opportunity, we found out about our strengths and weaknesses as well as our own qualities that we can bring to the team. These qualities will all be transferred back to the workplace as we now have some memories to look back on as a team.

We hope to gather all together in 2022!
