Exprivia joins Urbanforce: in addition to PA, the consortium company will support the digitisation of the Healthcare and Lifescience sector

Empoli April 7th 2022 – Urbanforce, a consortium dedicated to the digitalisation of the PA through the Salesforce platform, expands its reach to the Healthcare and Lifescience sector and welcomes Exprivia, an international group specialising in Information and Communication Technology. With consolidated skills and long experience in numerous market sectors, Exprivia develops solutions for the digitalisation of Public Administration and Healthcare, contributing to the streamlining of bureaucracy and facilitating citizens and healthcare personnel.

Exprivia joins Adiacent, Balance and Var Group in enhancing the consortium’s expertise and improving not only the experience of users interfacing with central and local administrations, but also of all those who come into contact with healthcare facilities.

From booking a doctor’s appointment to consulting a report, Urbanforce now has all the skills and tools to digitise and simplify the processes involved in the patient’s journey. Exprivia’s technology reconciles cost optimisation with service quality through a variety of fast and effective communication channels that bring the citizen closer to the public body: from the management of Integrated Home Assistance (IHA) through smartphones, tablets and advanced telemonitoring devices, to management solutions ranging from radiodiagnostics to the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, contributing to the development of digitised healthcare.

The competencies brought together in Urbanforce are enhanced by Salesforce, the citizen relationship management platform that enables public administrations to have a holistic view of their interactions. This holistic approach helps PA employees to enable increasingly useful and effective citizen services.

Today, patients approaching healthcare facilities,” says Paola Castellacci, President of Urbanforce and CEO of Adiacent, “demand clear, exhaustive and fast answers, and only with the most advanced digital tools is it possible to do so. Thanks to the entry of Exprivia and the partnership with Salesforce, Urbanforce increases its competencies and becomes a real point of reference for healthcare facilities that want to digitise their services and processes“.

Arturo Possidente, Sales Manager Public Sector & Healthcare Exprivia and new board member of Urbanforce says “Exprivia is a group that has always looked at the new opportunities offered by technological innovation and digital transformation, not only of its customers but of the entire country system. The connection between healthcare facilities and the territory, the strengthening of home care and the development of new primary care services, is specifically one of the objectives pursued. Joining Urbanforce and collaborating with Var Group and Balance means improving the digital development of the public service, and of healthcare services in particular, to respond to the real needs of citizens“.
