Around the world, millions of students celebrate IT Education Week at the beginning of December by participating in the Hour of Code event: an event to bring the code and computer science to all the schools in the world to show that everyone can learn having fun.
In Balance we make our contribution every year, meeting students from different schools to tell and explain how to carry out the technology around us.
We went to primary and secondary schools and showed the children what it means to register, what artificial intelligence is, we did exercises with them to show how our world works. Through interactive and group activities we wrote our first lines of code.
We immediately understood that programming is inclusive, there are no differences in gender, age, color or anything else: we really all offered, this was the most important message, embraced by all.
